The allGeo platform provides a suite of tools that helps businesses manage their mobile workforce and capture vital information from the field. The allGeo Time & Task tracker app supports the 3 pillars of field service management - Scheduling, Tracking and Reporting. allGeo makes it easier for businesses to customize and manage all aspects of their field service workflow, delivering all the end-to-end capabilities that enterprise customers need to better manage their field service operations, boost productivity and reduce costs.

Scheduling:
Field service workers live by their calendars in order to see as many customers and prospects as possible in the shortest amount of time. With Context-Based Scheduling & dynamic jobs assignment, supervisors can better manage operations like patient visits, outside sales tasks, facilities inspections, work order assignments, and dispatching and deliveries. Companies can also import daily assignments from Outlook, Google Calendar and CRM systems to consolidate daily tasks into one app for their field employees. Field employees can use the allGeo app to view and complete their daily jobs while being freed up to spend more time delivering excellent experiences to their customers and less time driving, clicking, and typing.

Tracking:
Monitoring field activities in real-time helps businesses stay on top of every field activity. Monitoring includes tracking of employees, jobs, tasks, mileage, safety and real-time exceptions. Employees can check in and check out of jobs using the allGeo mobile app, eliminating the need for timesheets and excel spreadsheets. Employees can scan QR codes at job locations or equipment to capture task information. For example time & attendance reports are necessary for home healthcare companies to meet EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) compliance requirements.
